Are EV Press nails handmade?
Yes. Every set is individually handcrafted, painted, and finished with close attention to detail. Because each set is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every set uniquely yours.
Are EV Press nails durable?
Yes. Our salon-quality gel and Aprés Gel-X tips create a strong yet lightweight finish designed for comfortable everyday wear. Longevity depends on proper nail preparation, application, and daily activities.
Are EV Press nails reusable?
Yes. With careful application, removal, and storage, your EV Press nails can be worn multiple times. For easier reuse, choose adhesive tabs or carefully remove any remaining nail glue after each wear.
Sizing and Shape
How do I find my nail size?
Please follow our Sizing Guide to measure the widest part of each natural nail. For the most accurate fit, we recommend ordering a Sizing Kit before purchasing your first set.
What if I am between two sizes?
Choose the larger size. A press-on nail that is slightly wider can be gently filed along the sides for a more comfortable fit.
What if the standard sizes do not fit me?
Select the custom sizing option and enter your individual nail measurements in the notes at checkout.
Can I request a different size, shape, or length?
Depending on the design, customization may be available. Leave us a note at checkout or contact EV Press before ordering to confirm your request.
Can I exchange my nails if I ordered the wrong size?
Because press-on nails are made specifically for your selected size, sizing mistakes are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review the Sizing Guide or order a sizing kit before purchasing.
Application and Wear
How long do press-on nails last?
Wear time depends on your nail preparation, application method, and daily activities. Nail glue usually provides longer wear, while adhesive tabs are ideal for shorter wear and easier reuse.
Should I use nail glue or adhesive tabs?
Choose nail glue when you want a stronger, longer-lasting application. Choose adhesive tabs for special occasions, short-term wear, or when you want to reuse your nails more easily.
How do I make my press-on nails last longer?
Start with clean, dry nails and gently push back your cuticles. Lightly buff the nail surface, remove all dust and oil, choose the correct size for each nail, and avoid water for the first few hours after application.
How do I safely remove my press-on nails?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water with a little oil, then gently loosen the edges using a wooden cuticle stick. Never pull or force the nails off, as this may damage both your natural nails and the press-ons.
Orders and Custom Designs
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, custom requests may be available depending on the design and current availability. Contact EV Press with your preferred colors, shape, length, size, inspiration, and required date before placing your order.
Can you recreate a design from a photo?
Reference photos may be used as inspiration, but EV Press will create an original interpretation rather than an exact copy of another artist’s work.
Can handmade sets look slightly different from the product photos?
Yes. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings, and small variations may occur because every set is painted by hand.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact EV Press within 48 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Processing and Shipping
How long does it take to make my order?
Our current processing time is approximately 7-14 business days. This does not include shipping time. Custom or detailed designs may require additional time.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation after placing your order and a shipping notification when your package is on its way. Please use the tracking information provided to follow its progress.
Is a delivery date guaranteed?
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because carrier delays may occur after an order has shipped. If you need your nails for a wedding, vacation, or special event, please order early and allow extra time.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If tracking has not updated or your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also message EV Press with your order number so we can help review the shipment information.
Returns and Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal and made-to-order nature of press-on nails, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or normal handmade variations.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact EV Press within 3 days of delivery and include your order number, a clear photo of the packaging, and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will review the issue and help make it right.
